  • Your journey so far
  • How much you have improved and how its changed your life
  • Goals and aspirations for the future
  • Brief description of the session you will be taking us through

           – Movements and sets

Workout:

  • This will be the majority of the filming and will involve going through each exercise as you train
  • Train each set as you normally would
  • Give any advice or unique tips you may have on each movement (form, warming up, how to get the most out of the movement)

Outro:

  • Any last advise
  • Note of positivity for viewers
  • Plug your social media etc.
